Be careful who you ask to take your picture

Last night in Villafranca del Bierzo, Israel, Ju-An and I wanted a picture of the three of us…. a local older Spanish women was passing by so we asked for her help. We should have noted the surprised look on her face, but she courteously agreed. While taking the picture she was pushing the button like it required significant effort…. apparently she admitted to not having done this before to Israel in Spanish.

This is the result….. 😂

She tried so hard, we thanked her and sent her on her way. In the meantime it was all we could do to not die from laughter…. not to laugh at her lack of technology experience, but more for how surprised she was to be asked.

A few minutes later a younger gentleman happened by and helped us capture this picture.
