Day 2 Zubiri

Another day and 21.5 km. We left Roncesvalles at met some new friends, Marinesa from Mexico and Theo from Greece.

Joe twisted his knee and had to wrap it. Michaela’s sunburn turned bright red…. we had lunch on a picnic table outside of a supermarkato. Day one sapped our energy and so we arrived weary into Zubiri.

We stayed at a great Albergue which had an amazing 4 course pilgrim meal. Reviling and great restaurant.

Armed with earplugs for the snore fest we hit sack.
