2026 – Updates – A new Adventure!

It has been awhile since I posted to this blog.  Generally a life of work and family has kept me closer to home with fewer adventures.  But 2026 brings a new adventure; retirement! 

To celebrate my retirement, Lori and I have an epic European Cycling Grand Tour planned.   Our itinerary includes cycling the Danube River cycle route starting in central Germany through Austria and Hungry to Budapest. 

Then after a short break, traveling to Salzburg and starting the Alpe-Adria cycle route from Salzburg Austria to the Adria sea in Grado Italy.  All in its over 1500 KM or 1000 miles!

I’ll be using this blog to journal our adventures, so stay tuned if you want to follow along.
